Seeing the cast of Once on This Island perform on stage at the Tony Awards was one of the most thrilling nights of theater we ever experienced. No matter who won, we were grateful to be there.
As soon as Alex hit the last note of “Mama Will Provide” the crowd exploded into cheers.
